We designed this journal to be simple, thoughtful, and customizable. We numbered the pages so that you can create your own table of contents- like a table of contents you can use to easily find notes, themes, or dates later based on how you want to categorize your entries. It has 146 pages of lined journal paper, 22 pages of dotted paper, and 11 blank sheets at the back for sketches or doodling to facilitate your creativity.
The stark black-and-white concept provides two ends of a spectrum. What will you do? Will you keep it black and white? Explore the greyscale continuum with pencil. Or perhaps bring everything to life with pastels or vibrant colors?
Up to you. The important thing about this journal is who it belongs to.
